Remington knives with an etch

The Remington Corporation and the knives that they built have influenced the U.S. cutlery industry more than nearly any other manufacturer. From the time America was settled, to the end of WWI, American knife companies struggled to compete with Britain and German imports, but events that occurred during and after the First World War led to a great change in this phenomenon. Unprecedented opportunities arose, and Remington stepped up to seize the moment. In the process, they created some of today's most prized collectables. In an ironic twist, the next World War played the greatest role in ending the company’s domination of the industry.

Jim, everything you have shown has been fun to look at. Keep them coming. ::handshake::

These next four aren't my mintest knives but were hard for me to find. Faint etches on the first 3 and the rough black knifes are very seldom seen with an etch.

Here is another junior rwb which is unusual as the back of the blade contains an advertisement.

This thread has turned into way more than I thought it would. The quality and rarest of knives has been very enjoyable to watch.

Thanks doglegg, I'm not exactly sure what an electrician needs a punch blade for. ::shrug::

This is a picture of my 2019 scout display at the April okca show in Eugene Oregon. You will have to trust me that all the knives have an etch as they do. New to this forum and not sure where else to post it.

Jerry, your bulldog may possibly be the best one out there. All are great knives but that one is special ::tu::

Yes it is. Only one of these I have seen. Both knives are fancy and expensive to make.
