Philco

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

He said he is feeling much better.
He said, "Tell everyone thank you for their prayers, they really meant a lot."

I intend to keep his name before the Father unti he is better.

Phil posted a pic of himself in hospital over the weekend. Looked like he was on a mask CPAP device to help with his ventilation/oxygenation.

Looked kind of like a good Darth Vader.

He was in good spirits.

I'm home now guys. The docs are still stumped (or at least not all in agreement) as to why I'm having such rapid and large drops in my oxygen level whenever I do even mild exertion like walking across the room, but they got tired of looking at my ugly mug and sent me packing last night. I'll have follow up testing done but for now I'm free from the hospital. I want to thank everyone for praying for me and lifting me up with words of encouragement during my sick spell. It sure feels good knowing I have so many folks who care.

Welcome back Phil! Listen to your doctors and do as directed. If they say sit back & relax, then do it! If they say take your medicine and do your breathing exercises, then do it! If they say wear your O2, then do it! Those fellas in the white coats don't know everything, but what they do know is still good advice. ::tu::
