There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Just need to share a wonderful Easter service

Today, July 12, 2020, we celebrated Resurrection Day! The choir had prepared a 25 minute cantata for Easter Sunday. Due to the Covid issue we only had an Easter message on line on the 5th of April. Today we heard the wonderful songs of resurrection and a full Easter message from our pastor. And no we didn't go overtime. :) The congregational singing was limited to one song, the offering was received and the choir went to work, followed by a great sermon about several men, Pilate and the man misbranded as "Doubting Thomas".
It was great to celebrate Easter in July and we were reminded that we should celebrate the resurrection daily as it is the basis of our Hope.

How wonderful TF! It just so happens that I’m preaching through Matthew (have been since December of 2015) and last Sunday and today we’ve been talking about the resurrection!

He is risen indeed!

Of all the messages the devil wanted to silence and mute this year, the Easter message had to be one he focused on. Praise God for all the victories He has over the powers of this world.____Dave

There is never a bad time to celebrate the Resurrection of our Savior! He paid the price for our sin on Calvary, but we would still be without hope if He had remained in a grave.
Jesus rose from the dead, and He is still alive!
