My wife needs some prayers

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Dale I'm praying for a good report, but in the meantime you and Alyson go, relax, enjoy one another and try to leave the worries of tomorrow to themselves. As you said there are many friendships here and you Sir are a friend, a mentor and a leader to use all.
God's Blessings and all our prayers are with you.

I thought I should give you guys an update since I know you're faithful in your prayers. Alyson and I had a wonderful three days at the Oregon coast, not a single raindrop and quite a bit of sunshine considering it's only April. And it was nice and warm, in the 70s.

Alyson was referred to a Breast Cancer Navigator RN who as a Christian and they hit it ogg off very well! That was a big boost for her.
The appointment with the surgeon is on May 5th

The diagnosis is in. It is Invasive Duct Carcinoma. Two lesions biopsied of the 5. And both were cancerous.

The appointment with the surgeon is on May 5th. We will know more we will hopefully no more at that time.

Your continued prayers are greatly appreciated God bless you all!

I'm very sorry Dale. I will be praying for her daily and for God's strength for both of you.
Since I'm the one that writes and updates our Church's daily prayer list I'm putting her name on it also.

I'm praying for her, and you, as well Dale. My mom had the same cancer a few years back, but had not yet become invasive when it was found. She's fine now and cancer free. Don't lose hope!

My prayers for your wife, for you and for your family.
My wife is four years cancer-free, after a very difficult fight; she is the bravest, most tenacious person I've ever met.
Her relationship with Jesus grew exponentially during that fight, and continues to grow.
It's a hard row to hoe, Dale, and with your faith, you'll put your hands to the plow and not look back.
God bless you..!!

I am keeping both you and Alyson in my prayers Dale.

Thanks for the update.

Please take comfort in the fact that your brothers in Christ are continually praying for Alyson.
That "C" word is always very scary... but God calms our fears if we TOTALLY trust Him. He is our strength and our fortress.

Father, we thank you for your Word and your assurance that we are Your children.
Thank you Lord Jesus for being our Savior. We trust you through all of life's valleys.
In the name of Jesus we pray.
