Roland's surgery

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Holy Father... Please be with Roland and the medical team as they do Roland's surgery. Please give them the guidance to find exactly where the problem lies and show them the best treatment avenue to take.
Roland needs your grace and love as he goes thru this difficult time in his life. Please sent angels to minister to him as the surgeon starts this procedure. We thank you Father that we have You to trust during the hard times in our lives. Please let Roland feel your closeness and let him know you are the True and living God.

In the name of our Holy Savior Jesus Christ we pray.

Hey everyone

Roland left me his eldest daughters phone number who by now will have flown in from Switzerland to be there for Roland when he wakes.
I have rung her number a couple of times - but haven’t heard anything yet, I will let it lie as I don’t want to pursue too strongly here and be a nuisance.

Roland’s Surgery ( if all went well when it comes to Covid hold ups and cancelations etc ) was this morning your Monday morning, we are Tuesday here in NZ.

I’m quite anxious and worried for Roland and hope that everything went well- Roland’s Surgeon sounded extremely confident- and they don’t usually beat around the bush with survival rates - soI think this might be this sounded good.
Fingers crossed for you Roland my friend.

Please if anyone hears anything - please post it - as I will too.

I think this might be our closest possible connection.
Haven't heard anything from Campbellclanman that I know of.

I have talked to Roland in the past on his home or landline phone and he did not have a cell phone available at that time; this may or may not have changed but if so I don't have the number. He was estimating that he would be in the hospital for several days before returning home. He is five days out now from surgery if it went as scheduled, so I will not try calling yet. I expect him to check in to AAPK when he is up to it. I will email him in case he has a laptop with a wifi connection at the hospital, and I will check back here if I am successful. I do think that it is too early.
