Couple of new ones
5/8 Dubl Duck and a 6/8 Japanese razor.
Got a bunch more in the pile that came in today, these kind of stood out.

Sweet razors, look like fine condition. Is the Japanese one genuine ivory? Love the misspelling of "Trading" on the box! Sweet truck too!!

I've heard lots of good things about those Dubl Ducks.
May they serve you well for many years to come!

Hope all is good in your world. We're enjoying retirement in the Ozarks, except when the ice storms hit.

Will probably put this one up for sale. That Japanese blade is pretty sweet. Shaved with it today. All I had to do was strop it a bit and it came alive.Steve Warden wrote: ↑Tue Jan 12, 2021 12:04 pm Niiiiiiiiiiiiice!

May sell it too.
I'm ass deep in razors. Have to measure them by the pound mostly. I'm pretty fond of my old Sheffield blades. Got a couple of full hollows that I drag out every now and then, but mostly use the older heavier stuff.

Nice looking razors!
Old razors can often be had for MUCH less than a pocketknife from the same maker and of the same vintage. Thus, they've been really hard to resist for me. I've been wanting to start having a sub-collection of straight razors from companies that are mostly known for their knives, and most seem to have done razors (Boker still does) and knives at the same time. I know many started out with straight razors.

Cool razors! I’ve read a lot about the Double Ducks, but have no experience with them. I read they’re top notch. Both are beautiful, no doubt about it.
