I've got a few Henry Sears pocket knives but nothing like that.
That must be kind of rare. It sure is a nice looking knife.

Very cool knife!! "holy grail of all knives" it most certainly isn't there are too many variables for such a term. Your photos are not too good, but the condition of your knife doesn't look like what collectors of high grade knives look for. Yes, it is a hard to find knife but better photos of the blade both sides would be helpful. Also, I don't think the bail and hole for it are factory, this hurts value as well. Again, a hard to find cool knife!! Does the mechanism work well?

KA-BAR grizzly?
Re: Henry Sears and sons 1865 automatic single bladed knife
Yes, it is a KA-BAR grizz made on contract for Farwell, Ozmun, & Kirk, owners of the Henry Sears 1865 brand. KA-BAR/Union Cut made a lot of hunting knives for them too.
