Bob Cargill is the man behind the Cripple Creek Knife Brand. He started out making one of a kind custom knives and eventually started making special order runs by hand under the Cripple Creek name in 1981. He specialized in high quality hand made limited runs for clubs and organizations. The brand was later sold to Blackjack Knives of Effingham, IL who commissioned Queen Cutlery to produce them in larger quantities.

Jacquelynn, I will be more than happy to lend a hand. I have been keeping selling prices from ebay since 2005. I can tell you what they have sold for in the past. Depending on how you look at it, This year has been great for Cripple Creeks. They are selling very reasonable.
I bought one last year for $296 and was happy to give it. It had the Cripple creek shield. These knives have not come up for sale alot. Back in 08 one sold for $710. That had to be a bidding war. Or a couple of people using their snipping programs and not paying attention.
