I'm looking for a small fixed blade I can carry on my belt....not too small, but not hunting size....

I don’t have any lighter cases. But I can recommend a Randall model 10-3, as a fixed blade non hunting belt knife.

How about the small Case M3 FINN SS pattern. 6 1/2" overall. 3 1/8" blade.
