C.R.K.T. "s.p.e.w."

Post by Working Edge »

Here's my Small Pocket Everyday Wharncliffe "S.P.E.W." by CRKT.
This little Wharncliffe is my go-to edc for opening plastic wrap and tape on boxes and parcels.
I keep it shaving sharp, to push-cut through light cardboard, like cracker and cereal boxes, without sawing or slicing movements.
It's a fairly small, but very often used knife, which I carry on my belt in horizontal cross-draw position.

Nice little knife.
Does CRKT call that blade a Wharncliffe?

Yes, Wharncliffe is their description of the blade style.
