Queen Wharncliffe
Got this today in the mail.
It has a single blade and seems to be well made.
I suspect these are made by Rough Ryder.

Re: Queen Wharncliffe
If that’s a new Queen, then yes it is made by Rough Rider. I like the bone handles and the Wharncliffe blade.

Re: Queen Wharncliffe
Tim - that is a good looking knife. The last USA made Queen that I bought was rather disappointing both in looks and functionality. Maybe I will give the China Queens a try.

This one's got good walk and talk and is very sharp.
For the price, $16.00, I'm really impressed with it.

Re: Queen Wharncliffe
Nice looker.
Ive got 100 Queens and not a single one would disappoint any knife collector, may be a couple of the 5$ ones I got for a kid to practice on might be a bit iffy but theyve been abused.. I do have 1 China with the queen logo and it cannot compare to a real Queen. Curiosity made me chuck my money over for it. it is very servicable.

Good to know... I was really wary when these Chinese Queens came on the market. Thanks for posting!
Re: Queen Wharncliffe
I have one.I can't find anything not to like about the knife. Great size for an EDC.

This is not a contest but I have two of them. It's the QN010. The second one was because of senility. I totally forgot I had bought the first one only three months before. They are nice 3-7/2' knives.

I have not been on here for a while, so I just saw your post. I don't think it's senility. I have done the same thing with knives and ammo tools you name it.
I am only 64 I think it's a guy thing. But hey we only live once.

Re: Queen Wharncliffe
here is a 3" Queen warncliffe with d2 steel, so its after 2002. I kinda like the china model.
Re: Queen Wharncliffe
I have not seen a two-bladed version before, Robpa. Cool!
I have a single-bladed knife that JerryD6818 gave me this past Spring in the POS exchange.
It is definitely NOT a POS!
A nice looking knife, it goes into my EDC rotation every so often. They are well made.

I bought the Wharncliffe and the Canoe. Both punch way above their price point. The Canoe is not quite as near perfect as the Wharncliffe, but both are nice little knives.

I quoted a fragment only to get your attention. Please post a picture of the RR trapper in the bottom of your picture and its RR item number. It looks like it has a US flag and a bald eagles head. I presume it's 4" closed.
