Old (or repo?) Latama catalogs

Post by prober996 »

I found these two Latama wholesale catalogs in my father's collection. They are in great shape if they are original, as the NYC address doesn't even have a 5-digit zip code, and that would make them pre-1963. I show here the few pages that advertise switchblades. The majority of the catalogs show small pocket knives and scissors. Note that Latama was advertising these as "novelty push button daggers". Love it! Also note that there is no photography, only drawings of the knives.

Thanks for the info guys. Much appreciated. BTW, it is not obvious from my photos, but one of the catalogs is in a small format (5.5" x 8.5") and the other is full size (8.5" x 11.5").
