Folding Knife found

Post by everspaul »

I was given my Dad's old toolbox and found this folding knife inside. I removed some of the rust, managing to unfold the blade. There are no markings to identify it other than I think "FOREIGN" is stamped on the base of the blade . I am going to try and restore it and would love to find out anything I can about it.

Many thanks

Paul

::welcome:: to AAPK Paul! ::handshake:: What you have is an older manual opening humpback closing stiletto. They are common but still very cool! If it does read "Foreign" on the tang it may be a model that was meant for export only, but that is strictly speculation on my part! Great knife if you live in an automatic knife restricted country! 8)
