Recent acquisition

Post by millern »

I found this Hammer Brand Utility Jack recently at the Warrenton,TX biannual antiques event. It was a great “find” for me since I real like the “fire brick” wrapped handle. My very first knife, while not a switchblade, was a “fire brick” Hammer Brand!

Nice pickup and looks to be in fine condition!
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Well, I did have to disassemble to replace the spring. But that went very well. (You can’t take apart those “shell-handled” knives and reassemble them very many times!)
