No idea as to its origins Rick, but it certainly looks rare, and one I haven't seen before. The hole in the tang may indicate a removed swinguard, as well as a clip-point blade being rare on this style of auto, it's usually a dagger or spear-point, usually. It's a beautiful knife that I for one would like to see more pictures of! EDIT: After having a 2nd look, it seems that is not a hole in the tang but rather a pin, so I'm not sure what that's all about!
