I think the number on the tang is 723810. Very hard to read.
Any help with that Mr. Noyes?

722310 is a 2 3/4" crown pen knife with pearl handles. I see the ruler but can't really tell what the actual closed length is.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Without "N.Y." after "ROCHESTER", that would date the knife 1922 to 1939.
