When Was My Benchmade Knife Manufactured?

Post by New_Windsor_NY »

Hi. I'm just wondering what year or what the time span was when my Benchmade knife was manufactured. It has no model or pattern #. I bought it new in the early to mid 1990's. But that doesn't mean that is when it was made. I am not losing any sleep
over this, I'm just curious. Thank you. ::shrug::

Just guessing, from some quick reading...it appears that Elishewitz worked with Benchmade from approx 1994-2001.
Looks like a nice knife!

That 1994 date sounds about right. I've carried it more often than not. The only "issue" with it is that the pocket clip fell off and the screw holes have become stripped and useless. It is still my favorite EDC. Thanks Doc.

You've carried it for quite some time so it must be a good one. Wish I could help with the model.
