Staying logged on

Post by OSCAR »

Is there any way to stay light on? I usually access the site on my phone, sometimes on computer but each time it asks me to log in. Thanks Oscar

There should be a box to click right under User Name and Password on both phone and computer.

Steve: I have that box checked. It is still asking for login and password every time I return to site. Is there any other setting I can use? I am only one with access so I don’t need the security of logging each and every time. Thanks

I have the same problem occasionally. I just keep signing in each time and for some odd reason, it eventually logs me in automatically. Sometimes it takes a couple days, sometimes a week.

I can't explain it but that's what happens to me on occasion.

I hunted around and no other setting that I could find is related to the issue. Sorry I don't have an answer for you.

I've had the same experience as Railsplitter. Once in a while, not often, I will have to log in for a few days even tho I always check the box to stay logged in. Then after maybe 5 to 7 days I no longer have to sign in.

Oscar, It could be a setting on your phone. Maybe there is a cookie that isn’t being allowed that keeps you logged in. You might try checking your settings.

Thanks. I’ll check the phone settings. It’s a good possibility.

That got me thinking. If you're one to erase your history when done surf, you're erasing your request to stay logged on.
