Here's my other three Barlows. All these were gift knives. Yeah, me and Johnnie have the same problem.

Sad ain't it, but I like the looks of the RR better than the Case or the Hammer.

They made a ton of these Murph, most of what you'll find today will be in red, black and pearl. If you're lucky enough to find one like this, Bengal Orange, or a Green Zebra, like JoeDirt has, hold on to it!

Re: Got Barlows ?
Man you guys have some super nice Barlows. Here are some of my Robesons. Along with some Furness family Barlows and IXL's and one Eye Witness and a Southern & Richardson Bird's Nest and a AFC. Barlows have been my favorite frame since I was a child. Seems as though I had an Imperial of some sort growing up. Of course no one considered it evil to give a boy a knife. I am raising my grand-daughter. She is 13 and has a nice collection of her own! She has never cut her self or injured anyone and has a really cool Samurai sword as well!

Hey Randy, it's great havin you here! Nice Resonator too.
You have one of the best collections of older Barlows I have ever seen!
Thanks for showin them. Glad to hear you are passing the tradition on to your Grandaughter as well, she will have some wonderful memories of this as she gets older and grown. My Grandfather taught me everything form fishing, hunting, horse riding and knives. All the important stuff.

Great barlows you're showing Randy. I've never heard of Furness Family or AFC but I sure like them!

Re: Got Barlows ?
Thanks Johnnie, that Robeson was a gift from Ramrod. Very sweet strawberry scales on it. I've got a couple more around here that I haven't taken pictures of.

I believe someone has posted a photo of this maker in a one blade version, but it is rare enough a two blade won't hurt. S.E. Oates and Son - England

Very nice Randy!
I see you have some GEC in your collection too.
I'm like you, you need to have at least a few of them in the collection.
