carved san mai

Post by hellize »

A freshly finished set with two san mai damascus knives.
They are hand forged by me, out of 5160, 1.2516 and L6 steels. The cores are 5160.
The larger knife is 33.5 cm / 13 inch long with a blade of 19.5 cm / 7.5 inch.
The smaller is 18.5 cm / 7.3 inch long with a blade of 8.5 cm / 3.5 inch.
The handles are made of deer antler, wenge and carved beech.
