Maybe the worst Case fake ever?

Can everything be wrong with a single counterfeit Case knife? This one seems to scream "Yes!"

seller says this is how knife was found - my question is where it was found? - also says buyer needs to be judge of authenticity - NOT - :shock: :roll: ::td::
but i'm not a case expert ::paranoid::

That was an edit on Nov. 12. Guess the seller received some helpful suggestions about authenticity and went the sleazy route.
