Red, Here's an original BSA from NYK. Notice the shield is upside down. Bale missing. You know I rarely crow about prices but this one is special. I was in an antique mall in Salisbury and there were 4 or 5 knives lying loose on an open shelf. There was a guy in front of me looking them over and he walked away. I picked this one up and it said, "old knife, $12. I got that warn and fuzzy feeling and bought it and another decent knife that I don't remember for a couple bucks . I politely declined to haggle the price. :D :D J.O'.

Here ya go , the very first official Boy Scout knives ever made 1911-16 . The 2 blade easy opener is near impossible to find .
These 2 are what started it all .

When I get a chance I can post pictures if you like ?
The one Roger posted is a rare pattern but definitely not the original knife .

Just as I suspected, those are awesome. ::nod::👍👍

Hammer Brand on the mains, New York Knife Co. on the secondary. Making a mental note.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

I have a Remington wooden Scout knife display , but wanted to display my NYK Scout knives, so I made a fantasy New York display case.

Got this NYK Co. stabber jack from Roger Cunningham a while ago. It has a pin on the opposite side of the blades that looks like it goes all the way through. I found the pattern in a catalog I have, but I couldn't find the same pattern with blades coming out of both ends.

Very nice acquisitions, the square bar is one of my favorite shield types. Has the one on the pearl handled bartenders(?) been personalized, or is that a product name? I can't make out the engraving.
