Nice job Barry! Hard to find folks nowadays who are capable (and willing) to work MOP. Hope you have the necessary respiratory protection gear.

Wore a respirator the whole time and had a vaccum hooke up when sanding. Dont know what elese to do.

Absolutely lovely work! ::tu:: ::tu:: (I would be afraid of ruining the pearl slabs, and the dire warnings about the dust from working with that stuff don't help either.)

Besides being a great job on the instillation, you chose very nice MOP with great fire, AND you pinned it also!

Absolutely beautiful!

Deep down I think pearl is my favorite handle material for a slip joint traditional.

I kick myself for not buying them way back when some of the US makers were offering the material.
