Try your local pet stores. You can find some good looking stag sometimes; I’ve done knife handles from pet store stag and it turned out great.

Not stag, but I see a lot of Elk antler pieces for sale on eBay and Etsy as dog chews. You can order different sizes and grades, already cut into pieces.
I found a few pieces locally that I used, and I love the Elk antler.
I should order some more.
