I may have posted this before.but it may be worth re-posting. It shows the lengths these counterfeiters will go.
Bought this at the local flea market several years ago. The guy wanted 40 for it(I gave him 25). A couple weeks later the state police arrested him on unspecified charges(I think it was for possession of stolen property).
Anyhow note the packaging(inner & outer) & the etching on the pocket clip. Supposedly they even fooled knowledgeable people for a time.

Probably came from these guys, they fake the knife, boxes, markings and the whole nine yards.
