Nice collection.
I'd been a 110 guy for years, but after getting a 112, I grew fond of the slightly more compact, yet very functional, 112.

You need to get one with shedua wood scales. I think Buck only made those for a year or two. Very attractive wood.

The second from the left is shedua

1 Dog: Here's a c.1978 2 dot 112. I carry it tuna fishing in the Atlantic. Keeps a good edge and is tough as a boot. Great knife. I prefer the size over the 110, Good luck with your collection. Happy New Year. J.O.

Nice collection you've got going there, 1 Dog. I'm a 112 guy myself.

Re: The start of an 112 obsession
My first 112 came to me as a Christmas present from my wife in 1988. It’s still in use, and I treasure it. I’ve added a few more over the years. Not seen in the photo is a recent acquisition - a very early 112 - which I recently sent back to Buck for an “S.P.A”. Next to my first one, my favorite is the “Indigo Blue” scales…

Nice group of knives! I really like the 112’s with the nickel silver.

Very nice collection. I tend to favor the Drop Point blade models but I only have a few. I was fortunate enough to snag one of the Indigo Blue models as well. Awesome knife!ToyLvr wrote: ↑Sun Feb 25, 2024 2:59 am My first 112 came to me as a Christmas present from my wife in 1988. It’s still in use, and I treasure it. I’ve added a few more over the years.
