Not getting bid, or sold confirmation emails?
I recently started selling again on AAPK. I believe that I used to get confirmation emails when my items got bids, but can't remember for sure on that. I definitely used to get confirmation emails when my items sold, but I'm not getting either now!? I've tried to contact the Administration 3 or 4 times with no reply. I tried to find someplace in my seller section to turn on these emails, but I can't find anything. Would appreciate any help with this.

Hi Mark,
Automated emails are sent for both sale confirmations and offers notifications. You should be getting them.
I'm guessing the AAPK sent emails are getting blocked as spam by your email account provider. I'll try sending you a couple today to see if the AAPK server shows them as delivered. If you get anything, please respond..
Not sue how you are contacting admin, but I'm not finding any contact from you about this. Are you sending an email, using a contact form, other?
Would like to identify what might be happening there, while we're at it.
Thanks,
Bryan

I just sent an email using same mechanism used for sale & offer notifications. The AAPK server is showing that it was accepted by your emil account.
Do you have a spam folder you can check?
Thanks,
Bryan

After a little more digging, I see that your isp is using "Junk Email Protection from Red Condor Spam Filter System".
AAPK emails are likely being quarantined by this "system". If you know how to access your quarantined messages and set your account to accept AAPK emails, that will likely solve the problem.
Best,
Bryan

Hi Bryan, I didn't realize that you had responded to my post. I'm not getting any messages from AAPK...still. I can access my spam filter and I'd like to try adding AAPK as a "Friend", but I need the email address that AAPK messages would be coming from to do that.... Please. Maybe you could post here, or send to my email from a different email source? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Bryan, Surprisingly I did get your email and I added it to my "Friends" in my spam filter. Fingers Crossed. Thanks!
