I can’t read the stamps well but it looks like maybe Cattaraugus? If it’s an original Catt then it was made between late 1800s and WWII. From the looks of it I’d guess closer to WWII than 1900, but it looks heavily buffed. Better pictures might help.

Not saying it is a 1930 knife, but it does appear in the 1930 catalog. 2149 has the sheepsfoot blade like yours. They likely made them for many years. J.O'.
