Re: Camillus 72 Clones
I picked up this "Camillus 72 clone" at a gun show over the weekend. Same size and shape as a 72, but has 2 blades. It is a Queen with the plastic version of the winterbottom handle material. It is not stamped, but is blade etched "Queen Steel #47". Hasn't been used much, but does have a few marks on the blade. Did I get a deal for $6.00?

Re: Camillus 72 Clones
OLDE CUTLER, that is a VERY G@@D L👁👁KING pocket knife.
BUT....apples and oranges. In NO way, shape or form, can your pocket knife
be considered a CAMILLUS 72 "clone" (I no longer use that word or term), a
CAMILLUS 72 "variation", a CAMILLUS 72 "wannabe", or a CAMILLUS 72 "lookalike."
Maybe it would be more at home here:

Sorry, my bad. I forgot in genetics, a clone is an exact copy.New_Windsor_NY wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 2:33 pmOLDE CUTLER, that is a VERY G@@D L👁👁KING pocket knife.

Re: Camillus 72 Clones
Pursuing the bay the other day I ran across this overly buffed 72 varient and one I didn't have. It is a Henry Sears marked example. Wahoo!!! I bid the 9.99 requested and won. Thanks for looking.
