Cavanaugh Knives - Mackinaw City Michigan

While in Mackinaw City, Michigan recently, I discovered a relatively new USA knife maker. Ryan Cavanaugh earned his knife making chops while at Rapid River Knives in Rapid River Michigan, located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. He now has a store front right on Central Avenue in Mackinaw City. He is making some beautiful knives. While there I had to have a couple of them. He is a super guy, and did some free engraving on a knife I bought from him, as well as put a phenomenal edge on a couple of knives I had brought with me. I wish him well in his new venture. I will be going back to see him for sure. BTW, his knives are priced very reasonably. Here are a few pictures of some customs he made.
