TMK, I started calling that style of bolster a stepped bolster. But a dealer, far more experienced than I, calls them waterfall bolsters. Just a little info. You can always make up your own name.

That's one handsome knife, Dog, Boker makes such great knives and your model proves that. From it's nice warm brown covers, to it's I'm assuming Damascus single spear-point blade, to, yep you guessed it, those sexy copper bolsters all add up to one handsome knife! It looks good on you, my friend!
