My dad's favorite. He would have polished off a half gallon by now.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Knives and Spirits
I walked into my favorite liquor store today intending to buy one bottle of Smoke Wagon. Then I saw these on a shelf labelled "Mix and Match 2 for $119". It was such a good deal that I had to ask the owner if it was a mistake.
I walked out of there with these two bottles instead of the Smoke Wagon. Right place, right time.

Nice, Rick. After totin' some Smoke Wagon all the way back from Vegas, I found this at the local ABC store. I like the Desert Colt.

Re: Knives and Spirits
Thanks for posting this, John. I had not heard of the Desert Colt until your post. Haven’t seen that around here yet. Might have to look around for that and give it a try.1967redrider wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 3:52 am Nice, Rick. What did you think of the Uncut if you don’t mind my asking? Do you like the Desert Colt better? It sounds like it might be similar to Uncut judging by the label.

Waiting for a special occasion to tap the Uncut, Rick. But I will let you know. The Colt is half the price, but it's smooth in my opinion.Railsplitter wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 4:16 amThanks for posting this, John. I had not heard of the Desert Colt until your post. Re: Knives and Spirits
So sad to say, I had to stop drinking bourbon. It had started to give me diarrhea.

Re: Knives and Spirits
Good to know. I prefer the higher proof bourbons but finding one under $60 can be a challenge. I’ll be seeking out a bottle of this.1967redrider wrote: ↑Sun Dec 22, 2024 12:49 pm

That Cayman Jack stuff is GOOD! Best pre-made cocktail there is.
