Pre ww2 mother of pearl

Does anyone have any for on this brand I recently purchased a old knife collectors knife’s after he had passed away and amongst many good knife’s I found this with paper wrapped around it inside a plastic bag and wrapped in a cloth

If the top line reads "C. L. & Cᴏ̲", then it is quite
possibly CARL LÜTTERS & Co., SOLINGEN in 1922.
