Case Tony Bose
Re: Case Tony Bose
Here are a couple of trays of Tony Bose collabs. I love them all, but some more than others.
Re: Case Tony Bose
I don't know how many of you caught this, but southern Indiana was ravaged with storms last night. According to his obit Tony lived in Shelburn but was born in Sullivan. They are very close together. The town of Sullivan was leveled last night. In his obit it was mentioned his son was going to carry on the knife making tradition. I assume they had a workshop in this general area? I wonder if anyone on here has any contact with the remaining family and can give us an update on things.

Today marks the day that I completed my quest to collect one of each pattern of the entire Case XX Tony Bose Collaborations from 1999 to 2022, if I’m not mistaken. 24 knives in all. Has been a crazy last few days having finally come across the 5 I were missing 3 of which I never thought I’d find. I am pretty sure I have at least one example of every variation of cover and steel that spanned this period.
Waiting on three remaining knives to be delivered then I’ll put them all together and take some photos to post.
Don’t ask me what my favorite one is because so far I love them all.

I had the toughest time finding some of the earlier year models.

Congratulations ! There’s a guy on the Case Collector’s Club Forum who claims to have all of them too, but I’d say it’s an amazing feat in any case. Like to see your pictures.GusSharp68 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 10, 2025 11:40 pm Today marks the day that I completed my quest to collect one of each pattern of the entire Case XX Tony Bose Collaborations from 1999 to 2022, if I’m not mistaken. 24 knives in all. Here are four of the six I was missing, the fifth I didn’t take a picture of yet, it’s the millennium trapper that I got from Kennedy here (thank you). The last should be delivered today or tomorrow, an Arkansas Hunter. How I found the Cotton Sampler is the store I bought the other two below from told me they had two Cotton Samplers BNIB that they haven’t put on their website yet, A stag and this peach seed jigged bone one. They even have the Gardener’s Knife which is always difficult to find. Can’t believe they had these for so long just sitting there brand new. I feel extremely lucky and extremely broke, lol…

Not sure if I posted this one before but it was also a fairly recent find too.

Thank you Sir! The one that confounds me a bit is the Millenial Trapper the two blades are not identical but pretty close, I’m not sure what the purpose is in the design. I’ll have to ask around or possibly research it a bit.doglegg wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2025 12:15 pmWorth the wait.GusSharp68 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 15, 2025 12:47 am This is the last of the series that I was waiting on, tomorrow I’ll take a group photo of the entire Case Tony Bose Collaboration knives. image.jpg
