Those knives shown with compartments that can conceal such things as snuff, were also used to carry cocaine back in the day.

I recently acquired a couple more interesting pearl handled knives--One has a pencil as well (though no pencil lead I have at home fits it, doggone it!)

No marks on the knife with the pencil, but the other is marked "Isaac Walker & Son"

Posted this Meriden Knife (1917-1932 for Miller Brothers) Masonic Gent's knife last week. 2-5/16" with 10K gold bail and emblem on unchipped and
uncracked MOP. I posted it in the "Knives For Sale" thread too. J.O'.

I dug a few of my pearls out of the safe. The first is a Case Tested Whittler, near unused with a little minor pitting on the blades. The pearl is still in perfect condition.____Dave

Thanks Joe. That Case Tested whittler is probably one of my classiest old knives and easily the most I've paid for a pearl knife.____Dave
