Good sources for Kydex sheaths?? Made to fit a particular ?

I'm looking at several fixed blade knives right now, and none come with a kydex sheath except one. For a SOG Bowie, BK&T Knifes, and RTAK series, anyone know of a good source where you can simply tell them what you have and they can make a kydex sheath for you?
