The first Robeson knives were imported by Millard Robeson from England and Germany exclusively. This continued from 1979 until 1896 when Robeson began manufacturing knives in the United States. Since inception, the company has gone through several reorganizations & eventually ended up as a Queen Cutlery brand.
That's a good shot of the factory--I had three or four different pic's of Robeson saved on my last PC but don't believe I had this one saved--my favorite factory pic is of Holley Cutlery
I had never seen that photo until a week or two ago. It's from a postcard on Ebay with a Buy-It-Now of $45.00, which is too much, no auction opportunities and no Make Offer options.
So, I just copied the pic.
I guess that might be fraud, but I don't care.
If he drops the price on the card or opens it up for bids, I'll try to buy it.
