Avatar?????????????

Post by Brigrat »

Can't for the life of me get my Avatar to load, jumped threw all the hoops, just to stupid to know what a gig is I guess! Any way I would like to stop the bleeding, looking for a AAPK member to send my pic to for downsizing and send back to me so I can post it? Is that doable? OR I nothing to hide I could send a trustworthy member my password and they can load it? Yes I have been told about sights that will do it, to stupid for those also................................ Thanks, Lon

I'm a little late to the party and see you've already taken care of it but for future reference, if you're running a compatible PC (not Apple product) Windows includes as standard equipment, Windows Paint. Paint will resize pictures for you and let's you do it by specifying size by number of pixels (length x width). Paint has grown into a pretty powerful little graphics program.

Edit: Paint will also convert formats (I.E. .GIF to .jpg ........ etc)

Jerry, I first tried "paint" on my lap top, it would except some pic's on my camera and not others saying "program interrupted can't save". Didn't mean to imply it was the site, just me or my laptop or both! Lon
