My "new" Benchmade

Post by Byrd »

Well not really new. I bought this Wee Hawk 25-30 years ago and just got it back from Benchmade. Cleaned and sharpened. Good as new and free of charge. They had it about 3 weeks. Great customer service!

Free of charge? Can't beat that. Nice to know that customer service is alive and well. Thanks for sharing. Nice knife by the way. ::nod::

Great customer service! I hadn't carried this knife for years because I couldn't get it sharp. These are made of hard steel! I checked their site and they recommend sending it to them for sharpening and the rest is history. It's like new and shaving sharp. I'd used Bucks spa treatment in the past and was happy that Benchmade offered the same service.

No, I wish I did. I carried it for years and it was pretty rough.
