July 2019 AAPK Monthly Giveaway

Post by bestgear »

This month RalphAlsip (Jerry) is donating a 2011 Case 5254 Trapper! Thanks for your generosity ::tu:: ::handshake:: Here's what you are playing for:
This is a 2011 Case 5254 Trapper pattern with stag handles and chrome vanadium (CV) blades (i.e., carbon steel not stainless). The knife did not come with a shield and has the Case XX branding scored into the front handle.
Instructions for entering the giveaway...

Simply click here and select a number between 0 and 1000.

Please note you will now have up to 6:00 PM Eastern Time to pick a number on the day of the drawing not a day before like previous drawings!

You will have until July 31 (6:00 P.M. Eastern) to pick a number. After this time, an official "Final List" of the entrants will be posted in this thread. The winner will be determined by the Illinois State Lottery evening pick three drawing on July 31. The Individual closest to the selected number without going over will win. The Illinois lottery results can be found on the following website:

http://www.illinoislottery.com/en-us/Pick_3.html

You must be 18 years of age or older to play. The winner will be sent a PM after the drawing and will have 10 days to respond with your name and shipping address, if you do not respond within the allotted time the knife will be given to the next closest winner on the list without going over.

Good Luck!

In order to qualify you need an AAPK member name which you do have. And you need to be 18 years of age or older.

If you are 18 or older then you can select an available number and participate. AAPK conducts these giveaways monthly so you will see a new post in this forum every month describing what is being given away.

If you do happen to win, it would be appreciated if you put the knife in your collection or in your pocket instead of immediately selling it. The spirit of the giveaway is to provide someone with a knife they can enjoy.

Of course you are free to do whatever you wish with the knife should you happen to win.

In case needed, here is link to the instructions for selecting a number. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=62726&start=15#p742022
