It looks like it says,"A.VORTREFFLICK 87 Freidrichstrasse(Frederick Street).

The name is likely that of a merchant in Berlin who ordered a run of knives, not the manufacturer who likely was located in Solingen.
It is an old 'fancy' (pearl handles) German multi-blade. Could be as old as early 1900's. Even if it was in close to mint condition the value is low because few people collect vintage German knives.
