Attn. Knife detectives

I got this one out of a $5 pick box.
The tang stamp is badly worn. I know the picture is not the best but hopefully someone can help.
3 1/2 inches closed. 2 blade EO jack.
The last of the top line is ND hyphen ON (ND-ON) in an arch. Can't make out the the first part.
Second line ends in CO. Straight line. Assuming "Cutlery" CO.
Bottom line N.Y. straight line.

Beautiful old bone and that main blade has a lot of steel yet. I think those old EO's are just beautiful knives.

Maybe a close-up? It actually looks like both blades are stamped.

Both blades are stamped. I will see if my phone will take a better picture. This picture was with my tablet.
I don't have a camera.
Unfortunately there is not much to see. I've looked with 3 different powered loupes and 3 or 4 other people have looked at it.

I was hoping the "hyphen ON" might spark someone's memory.
I can't think of any ending like that.

I was thinking maybe Kingston but to my knowledge they didn't have any arched stamps.

I've got an old "Hand Book Price Guide 1976 edition" by Mrs. Dewey P. (Lavona) Ferguson. It is a yellow paper back book, has a bunch of '76 info on Case knives, Cattaraugus, Remington, Winchester, then it has a long list of knife companies under a section titled "Price guide to knives in general". All that to say, there is listed a company named Depend-On-Me Cutlery Co., N.Y., U.S.A. The ND-ON fits this name. It doesn't list any thing about the knives other than generic values, good $8.00, mint $50.00.
Maybe a place to start that somewhat matches the clues you gave.

Many Robeson knives had pattern numbers on the back tang. Look there for more clues.
