This one screams fake for so many reasons:

Decent looking knife but looks new because it is new. Certainly not old or Remington made.

Knife was sold in March for $100.00. I saw it pop up but it didn"t last long. https://www.ebay.com/itm/REMINGTON-STAG ... 7675.l2557

I don't know enough to say if it is a fake or not but aren't they both the same knife?
The Sheep Foot blade has the same spots on both knives.

If they are the same knife the impressive part is the fast turn and profit!
The March auction ended March 28 with a accepted best offer of less than $100.00
and the April auction started April 1 and ended the 8th at $260.69

They are the same knife. Unlike your name it is not a old rusty knife. Vintage Remington knives were made in 1920s and 1930s. That knife is not near that old. Second seller is an experienced knife seller and knows what he is doing. Hopefully who ever bought it sends it back and doesn't waste their money on a counterfeit. Good impression or bad impression, depends on how you look at it.

That stag looks like Bear & Son(s) to me, which isn't bad if it's on a Bear & Son(s) knife.
