Ive got a Eye Brand single blade hunter coming on Monday and i cannot find another like it.. After looking at the pics from the sale zoomed in, it appears the only markings on the blade is the etch and the eye with rays, no stamp on the reverse .. I think this might be an older knife..
thoughts?
This pic is from the post where i bought it, Monday i will take my own pics.

Re: Eye brand hunter
The image link really isn't working for me. I'm a BladeForums member (never posted there, however), and had to log in first. I was able to save it to my PC and upload it here. I didn't know BF was like that. I've cross-posted photos from here, and was able to just use the image link from when I uploaded it.
I haven't seen one like it either, but it looks great!

Yes older, maybe 1970's. Others know more. Hopefully they will post.

Re: Eye brand hunter
It is a 3 Eye knife from the mid-to-late 1970s to 1981. Wonder what happened to the etch? The shield is old style so I'm guessing it was early in that time range.

Re: Eye brand hunter
The knife was offered in bone handles like yours and in yellow celluloid. Nice old knife.
