Thanks Dan. A "removable pen" explains why the toothpick will not fit into the slot. The 'Mini Champ' is quite remarkable for number of blades in such a small size.

The new ZORRO SAK TINKER arrived today at SMKW. I should have mine in a few days.
Zorro is a fictional character created in 1919 by American pulp writer Johnston McCulley, and appearing in works set in the Pueblo of Los Angeles in Alta California. He is typically portrayed as a dashing masked vigilante who defends the commoners and indigenous peoples of California against corrupt and tyrannical officials and other villains. The Mask of Zorro, (1998) starring Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zeta-Jones is my favorite movie cast.

There are to some point but no where near what Halloween is like in the states. I'd guess about 20% of the people do some Halloween decorations, 30% at least make a Jack O’Lantern & about 20-30% of the children go Trick or Treating. Those who do go, are normally the children from those houses who did some decorations & then they just go Trick or Treating at the houses that are decorated or to relatives who live in the same town.
I always like to buy lots of candy for the Trick or Treaters because not very many of them show up.
More for me!

Received this one in the mail today. A new addition to my SAK ALOX family. A 2021 Victorinox Pioneer X, Alox handles in Tiger Orange. Just opened the box and took the photos. Need to give it a good wipe down, excuse the oil droplets on the joints and some on the blades. Now to figure what design and color combo of lanyard to put on her.

Get thee behind me Satan. I don't need another one even though it does have scissors and it's orange and it's Alox. "Do Bears.....In The Woods?"
Yes, of course "Bears (have fun) In The Woods.)
As of this writing, "Swiss Knife Shop" has created 4 Whimsical Victorinox knives for 2021, titled "Adventure Bear Series." All made in Switzerland.
My first knife in the series is the "Beary Good Catch Fisherman" canoeing toward the Victorinox cross and shield logo on one side, and casting into the lake with hopes of a tasty catch on the other.
The second knife in the series is the "Bear Necessities Camper" featuring a happy bear roasting marshmallows over a campfire. On the back is a tent awaiting him after he finishes his s'mores.
The third knife in the series is the "Bear Trek Hiker" a friendly bear is rambling through the woods on an evening hike. A bird soars through the air above the forest on the opposite side.
The most current knife in the series is "The Bear Claus Spartan" featuring my favorite bear with a bag full of gifts for all the AAPK members. Bear Clause is wearing a festive Santa hat with a bright Christmas tree on the back of the knife.

Re: VICTORINOX knives 1884- present SWISS ARMY KNIVES
The sheer number of artistically printed SFOs these days is staggering. Victorinox is offering quite a few these days, but Swiss Knife Shop really got the ball rolling with them, and SMKW is getting to the point they're not far behind.
I love those bear themed ones. I keep trying to decide which one I want to pick up. In regards to modern SAKs, unless it's a colored Alox version of a model I already have in plain silver, I really don't buy SAKs for my collection, but more to use.
