I was so busy looking at the knife, I didn't notice the dust until you mentioned it.

This is my old Challenge dog leg jack over pictures of my dad. These pictures are in Northern Idaho. I think we lived in Bonners Ferry at the time. My dad is on the left in the pictures with the horse. His brother in the middle and their pal. The story goes that not four minutes after this picture was taken that horse, Judy, took a 50 foot tumble down a hill and stood up none the worse for ware.

Great knife, fantastic pictures of your dad, Joe. Them ole' boys must have got a deal on them shirts. :) With a heritage like that, how in the heck did you end up on the East coast?

Hi guys.
Thanks Tom, Jerry, and Scott for you nice comments.
Jerry, that's funny. Ya, they must have got them all in one order from Montgomery Wards.
The pictures themselves aren't all that great as photos go, but with the personal touch it make them nice.
At least for me. I'm glad you guys liked them. I know those guys would have liked them. Thanks.

FRJ that is a nostalgic photo, and reminded me of my youth while hunting Muleys in So. Utah. What great times those were! Our deer herd is so mismanaged now, the only thing you will find are cougar tracks!

Tanx Scott, earlier this year I found another
USA made DUG to go along with the 36.
Seemed like a good $20 investment to me.
Besides, with a punch and scissors I should be
able to escape from a wet paper bag should
such an occasion arise.

I'm w/you Johnny, hard to beat natural light.
Is around here anyway.
Some inside pics came out okay but a lot harder to get actual handle color.
Low light inside seems easier to capture color in MoP so that's my main
exception to the rule take 'em outside.
That's what I did w/this J.A. Henckels apparently.
Image

This is probably my favOrite inside shot, Petro green 6375.
Image

And inside light vs early a.m. outside for a Bauer pen.
