Gorgeous threesome Gtr, those were the days of excellent stag. Love that one with the wharncliffe. Every one is a beauty though.

What a small world we live in, Joe, I almost bought one of those today while browsing ebay, but opted for something else, although, it did go onto my Watch List.
Beautiful knife you have there!

I sent the first one back due to a seriously off center blade and received this wonderful stag as a replacement. I’d been looking at vintage Puma and other German knives when I stumbled on this from Maniago. I’m glad I did because I got everything I’d hoped for at a substantial discount.

Is the shield like a shadow box? If so, I’m wondering if it’s practical in a user.

Both shields are complete cutouts you can see all the way through. Chris Sharp patented this technique if I’m not mistaken.

I love unique shields and those shields are about the coolest shields I have ever seen. The knives are outstanding.

Wooooowwwww!!! I love stag like that. Gorgeous.
Reminded me of this Case Wharncliffe Copperlock that Glenbad rehandled for me around the time I first joined AAPK. Going on ten years and my love for this knife (and Glenn too!) has only grown stronger
I'm sure I've probably shown this one previously, but I'm showing it again 'cause it deserves to be seen!
