I'm intrigued with this picture, M-man, could we please see more shots, open, different angles, etc. and a description of what it is? Thx!
It's a Buck Creek I picked up at SMKW in 2004. I'm not sure if it's a German knife or not because of how Frost isn't forthcoming with the origin of their knife brands they own sometimes. It's a nice knife with strong snap. I can't take a good picture no matter how hard I try, I apologize.

No mate the Senator's are more squared at the end of the covers. Sort of like a long rectangle.

Great group Thomasg! The fat stag in the Western States skinner is awesome. The Western rider has a lot of difference mark side to pile side, the pile side almost looks winterbone like.

That's a nice knife, thx for the pics.

I had something completely different pictured.
How long is it open, it looks Dr.'s knife size?
Your pics look fine to me, I mean look at mine, why do you think my SFO avatar is a hand holding a knife? lol!

The pile side may have been re handled .the slab of buck horn is thicker than the show side and not a perfect fit .Also the center pin on the pile side is a little larger then the show side .It is the only W.S. In buck horn in my collection so I have nothing to compare it to that may be original from the factory .Thank you for your comments .

Ha ha ha, I've read that sentiment around here before. I was just discussing the addiction and comparing it to a friend with gambling addiction. Suddenly it wasn't quite so funny. Similarities for sure. At least when we lose our money to the company, we get a sweet knife out of it. What does the gambler get after losing? Guess my problems are better than theirs huh? Just kidding, we're still addicts, just not dope or gambling addicts. That can't be as bad right?
I-Man..... you are right.... but .... I have a friend that is in a local casino for sometimes 13 hours "to win back his stake" ....

....

OK... I "might" be addicted to knives....

BUT...

I can get 70% to 90% back on most knives I have bought over the years.... some less....

....some more

....

but when you walk out of the casino at 7:00 AM with about $3.75 left in your pockets after starting out the day before with over 2K .....

who is the bigger looser?

You nailed it to the wall. Couldn't agree more. House always wins boys, otherwise they wouldn't be in business for your gaming entertainment. Its rigged againt you. Programed so most lose most of the time. Buy knives instead. Its a win most of the time.

... Did you get the top knife (looks like a large trapper/Hunter) from a gas station?

and was there a key to a rest room attached to it at one time?
