I realize this is an older thread but I had to comment about how much I love all the photos!! And you’re right, there’s something special about knives with bone handles.

We've seen this wonderful jigging on handles a lot, but not often do we see different colors on opposite sides.
Stamped Bartlett Manufacturing Company , which is actually a Schrade Cut Co farmers jack. One brown, one black. I had heard of black peach seed bone in Sargent's , but had only seen black composition , which has a more open peach seed design.
Top is composition, bottom is black bone
