FMJ (Flea Market Jealousy) is when someone horns in on a deal, like when I bought those yesterday. Had 'em in a pile ... was negotiating with the Seller, and he allowed someone to horn in. I just sat back and waited, then the Horn did not buy any. That is NOT 8)
Anyway, I see you making a Gem out of that Fish Knife. Then, I will be jealous! ::tu::

The days of the flea market are gone up here . You guys in Tennessee sure are fortunate to have them in your area . Nice haul Tony ::tu::
While out of town yesterday we stopped at a small antique shop . They had a bunch of BSA knives that were way over priced so passed on them . In a small locked cabinet seen this Kershaw underneath a few items . Asked Owner if I could check it out. Much to my surprise it was 18.00 plus tax . Didn’t hesitate at that price . Not a big fan of serrated blades for EDC but like the leek and speed safe opening w/ locking blade . Also has a date on it and the teal one that I carry doesn’t. Didn’t know Kershaw did that .
Enjoy your Sunday out there folks.

Wow! That's not cool at all. I hope that he at least gave you a great deal on the knives. That was a pretty rookie move. I'm going to see what I can do with this old thing. It's a really old Imperial, prior to the cheaper folded bolster caps, so it's made very well. Thanks for the vote of confidence! ::handshake::

FMJ: Flea Market Jealousy
2. When your friends go to the flea market and crush it, but you go and mostly find Legos and "vintage" DVDs.

The schrade skeletal frame is China made but at least there's a knife in the mess kit and the scissors are Boker.

Found this at a flea market today. I have a soft spot for the Frontier cause the first knife I ever found at a flea market was a Frontier Stockman.

CxIII, I have walked away from entire deals when someone else butts in and the seller won't shut him down. That is the #1 rule in the FMC (Flea Market Code): Never cut in on someone's deal when you ain't part of it!!!
